Product Condition

All appliances and equipment sold by HD Appliances are sold AS-IS unless otherwise stated in writing. Units may show minor cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, or blemishes. When applicable, these will be disclosed prior to purchase.

Warranty Policy

HD Appliances offers the following warranty coverage:

  • Within 50 miles of our location: 1-Year In-Home Warranty

  • Beyond 50 miles: 1-Year OEM Parts-Only Warranty

Labor, travel, and service outside the 50-mile radius are not included unless agreed to in writing.

Payment Processing Fees

  • A 3% fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions

  • A $25 fee applies to ACH (bank transfer) payments

Deposits & Order Reservation

If full payment is not made at the time of invoice approval, a non-refundable deposit of $500 per unit is required to reserve the item.
Orders are not held without a deposit or full payment.

If an appliance is being held after purchase or deposit, a $100 per month storage fee will be applied until the item is shipped, delivered, or picked up.

Return Policy

All returns require prior authorization.

  • Approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee

  • All shipping, delivery, and freight charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. HD Appliances is not liable for return freight or transportation expenses under any circumstances.

Freight & Delivery Policy (LTL Shipments)

All freight deliveries are curbside or driveway only.

  • Carriers do not provide inside delivery, installation, unpacking, or debris removal

  • Customers are responsible for moving the unit into their home or business

  • Delivery is made via large freight trucks, please ensure the location is accessible

If access is limited (narrow roads, low branches, weight restrictions, etc.), delivery will be made to the nearest safe location determined by the carrier.

If the driveway is unsafe (gravel, steep, uneven, etc.), delivery may be made at the curb or street.

Important:

  • Missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or access issues may result in additional fees (redelivery, storage, return shipping)

  • Inspect your shipment upon delivery and note any damage before signing, failure to do so may void damage claims
