Along with a bit of our refurbishing magic, we're able to bring these used units back to like-new condition; retaining their signature look and smooth operation while saving you thousands.

REFUND POLICY:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This doesn't apply until the appliance has been delivered and/or installed; units can be held in our shop with a deposit, and for longer periods with a monthly storage fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and with everything it came with. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right: Especially if we shipped the unit to you through an LTL service. We send pictures of the packaged unit before it ships out to you for cross-referencing.

Exceptions
We do not offer returns for units outside of the SubZero, Wolf, and Cove brand. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
